Connect the Dots ..  Chance to connect to different stories What you do when you are jobless sitting at home, thinking, what next? How about starting a business? Or shall I look for interesting job? With these thoughts in mind, I read ‘Connect the Dots’ by Rashmi Bansal, the author who wrote famous book ‘Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish’. Though I haven’t read her earlier book, I was inquisitive to read this book. The book showcase 20 inspiring stories of people who are successful in their respective business without having any format training in business. The stories are divided into 3 sections, Jugaad, Junoon and Zubaan. These stories include businesses like Su-kam, Reva – Electric Car, Haathichaan paper, Tantra T-shirts, Shakti Sudha and so on. Life is ever changing. Each day we think of taking new step ahead or we take back the step we took before. Each moment of life, we analysed, we get happy or we get sad, we relish or we regret. Every moment of our life is a step, whether it's taking up new job, joining a college, getting married or buying a house.. all this is a step taken ahead in your life. At the same time, there are few steps which we wish to take back. Divorce, Leaving a job, staying in a particular city and so on. Suddenly when I started looking at my blog I realised it’s been ages since I lasted posted on this blog.. Wow time passes by so fast. We don’t realise when January came and February went. When was I written a blog on book I read or when I last finished reading a book? When was the last time when I read another blog? When was the last time when all I did in entire day was to read, listen and watch? Gone are those days when we had time for ourselves. Now we live for others or we forget to live. We are chasing our work targets or loved one, we are chasing dreams or lost opportunity, we are chasing perfection or weight scale. Our life has become a chasing game. Either we run to win or we just run to get noticed. Our daily routine has been so stagnant that we are running like a headless chicken. Wake up get ready for office, to go office and finish yesterdays pending work and soon we get another bunch of work for today. By the time we finish that we look at the clock and realise

There are moments in life when we want to give up, there are moments where we feel like a loser and there are moments where we feel that we have achieved nothing. Two kinds of situations normally makes us feel like that. 1) When we have not got success. We always got failure or have to adjust with whatever is available. 2) When we reach high success and then suddenly falls down. First situation can be tackled as we learn to grow and make ourselves more flexible and accept the situation. We feel sad but we don't have any past to compare with or judge ourselves. Even a small success can bring happiness and satisfaction. In such situation we just try to focus and hone our skills. Whereas in second situation, it becomes difficult for us to come back to real life. We are stuck with a star image. We start comparing, we start regretting, we start feeling stupid.
